Our Story

Just as the chrysalis provides a safe and nurturing environment for the caterpillar's transformation, Chrysalis Psychology & Wellbeing offers a secure space for individuals to explore their inner self, overcome challenges, and emerge stronger.

At Chrysalis Psychology & Wellbeing, we believe effective therapy is built on three things: clinical excellence, genuine warmth, and respect for the unique experience of every client.

The name Chrysalis reflects what we see every day in our work: that with the right support, people move through difficulty toward something stronger and more resolved than they began with.

We are honoured to walk that path alongside our clients.

Founded by Dr Ali Morse and Dr Bethany Lusk, Chrysalis Psychology & Wellbeing delivers best practice mental health care grounded in trauma-informed practice, compassion, and clinical excellence.

Our psychologists offer a range of evidence-based services including comprehensive cognitive, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and autism assessments, alongside individual therapy, couples counselling, group therapy programmes, professional supervision, and telehealth psychology across Australia.

We support people experiencing anxiety, depression, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD and C-PTSD), workplace burnout, grief, relationship difficulties, and a wide range of mental health concerns. To learn more, visit our Individual Therapy services page.

Whether you are seeking therapy in our Battery Point rooms or via telehealth from anywhere in Australia, our experienced team provides warm, evidence-based, and effective psychological care.
