National Schedule of Suggested Fees for 2026-2027.

Annually all Australians can receive a Medicare rebate for 10 sessions with a psychologist for face-to-face or telehealth with a Mental Health Treatment Plan.
Many private health funds provide rebates for psychological services. Please check with your provider to see if your fund offers you coverage.
We work with self-managed and plan-managed NDIS clients. Our NDIS psychologist fees follow the current NDIS Price Guide.
We also support people with services funded by third parties such as EAP, DVA, Open Arms, work insurance, National Redress Scheme or other schemes. Fees for third-party funded sessions vary. Please contact us to discuss your situation and we will provide clear information for you.
Full payment is required on the day of each appointment. We accept payment by card or bank transfer. If you need to reschedule, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the appointment to someone else. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee.
