Jenni completed her PhD in Clinical Psychology at the University of Tasmania in 1995 and has worked in private practice since that time. Jenni is a fully registered clinical and health psychologist and focuses on working with adults.
Jenni's experience in private practice has included the treatment of trauma, depression, stress, anxiety, bipolar disorder, grief and loss, adjustment disorders, and medico-legal assessments. She has also been involved in the development and facilitation of corporate programs, and does individual coaching on a regular basis.
Jenni has a special interest in pain management and is a member of the Australian Pain Society and The International Association for the Study of Pain (IASP). Jenni is also a Fellow of the APS College of Health Psychologists, and a Fellow of the APS College of Clinical Psychologists.
Jenni is skilled in a several evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Schema Therapy.
